And The Days Go On And On...

The Radio Orphans create stories that require you to fill in the blanks or ask questions that force you to create the story. Either way, their music is seldom tidily categorized.

While I have many favorite Radio Orphan songs, I always enjoy the simplicity of "This Life" and the way it cuts to the chase about the big questions. The song is from their 2006 release, "No Strangers To Exploration". It's a good one.

Do yourself a favor and pick yourself up a few Radio Orphans cuts (they make all of their music available for free download). It is one of those things you appreciate more when you hear it all together. The boys from Minnesota don't do one off "hits" but create a volume of work that reaches beyond the ephemeral.
