Platform One Entertainment Account Details

1. Before creating an artist page, please make sure that the band's music falls into the list of genres of music that we play. Our genres are listed in the left column of this page.
2. Bands submitted to the site by Platform One are only eligible to be signed up for a Full Account and can not be listed as a "Broadcast Only" account. You can review the requirements for this type of account on the previous page. If the band has given you authority to represent them in giving the royalty-free right for the uses of their music as outlined for the Full Account, you can create an artist page on the site by logging in with the Platform One account information.
3. If you do not have the Platform One Account username/password, please contact Matt Phillip within your company. He currently administers your account with IndieHeart. He should be able to provide you with the account login details and instructions on how to create an new Artist Page once you are logged in to the account.
4. If you experience difficulties while creating your account or the account administrator is no longer available at your company, please contact us through our Contact Form and we will respond as quickly as possible to assist you.
