If you are having a technical problem on the IndieHeart site, you may be able to find an answer to your question on our FAQ and Help pages. We have done our best to answer the most common questions we receive so that they are readily available.
If you can't find an answer to your question or prefer a more private form of communication, please don't hesitate to contact us through the contact form. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
Requests for technical support will receive a response within 24 hours, although we are usually able to respond much sooner if you need help. Less urgent issues may take longer to receive a reply due to the day to day demands of administrating our site.
